The hotel is old, with many cracks in the room walls and a dirty air conditioner. However, the bed is still in decent condition.

Really close to the airport, staff and shuttle service is the best.
Room itself on first glance looks perfect, on closer attention there is no attention to details in the cleaning. There are still hairs left on the sink, our conditioner were no replaced… it was used before we even used it! The bed was not changed too we have to call receptionist to redo the bedsheet.
The air conditioning was the worse it was not cold at all. It’s at a constant probably 24-25degree even though we set it all the way to 16! I can’t sleep it’s way too hot for me…
All in all I won’t recommend this place…

Despite it being a 3 star hotel, I would say it’s really value for money. Location, amenities, food and everything else is really great. Would totally recommend anyone who wants to stay here! Would stay again when I’m in Penang.

I choose this hotel as we have an early morning flight and they provide shuttle car to airport which is 5mins away.
I had no problem sleeping soundly after a long walk in Penang. But my parents having itchiness and unable to sleep well the whole night from the mattress. I guess parents can be a lil bit sensitive. So I hope they improve the cleanliness part!
Otherwise, I’m satisfied with their service!

1st time check in sini..masa nak check in kena tunggu dlm stengah jam jgak sbb bilik bnyak x ready..ada event dlm hotel tu but it's ok..ruang mnunggu sgt selesa..anak2 pon enjoy sebab pool best dan xdak la bahaya sgt kan..hotel yg strategy sbb dikelilingi dgn bngunan kedai,kedai mkn etc..x ambil skali breakfast tp akan repeat lg soon mmg kena try breakfast sini plak
